Peanut Butter Cookie and chocolate Pudding Pizza

IMG_0137Since the weekend is coming I thought I would share this great recipe that is really fun and easy and great for the kids to help make! This dessert pizza is scrumptious and doesn’t stand a chance of survival when we make it in our house! Before I put the recipe I just want to remind you all to “like” my new Facebook page for Simple.Heavenly.Eats if you would, the link is right on my page! So here is the recipe for this yummy dessert!

Ingredients:

1 package (17.5 oz ) peanut butter cookie mix

1 carton (12 oz) softened cream cheese

1 3/4 cups skim milk (any milk will work)

1 package (3.9oz) Instant pudding mix

1 carton (8 0z) semi frozen lite cool whip (or regular if you wish)

1/4 cup miniature semi sweet chocolate chips

Make the cookie dough per package directions. Flatten it out on a pizza stone or what ever pizza pan you use as you would with pizza dough. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until cooked, then set aside to cool.

While cookie is cooling beat the cream cheese with electric mixer in a mixing bowl until smooth. Spread over cooled cookie. In another mixing bowl beat the milk and pudding mix on medium speed for approx. 2 minutes. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for about a half hour (or until the kids or whole family just can’t wait anymore to dig in) then spread with the whipped topping. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips. If you can wait you can chill for about an half hour to an hour to help it set better, however, that step doesn’t happen in our house and it turns out just fine! Enjoy! And again, go like my Facebook page if you would!
